Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase price or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
Orders are professionally packaged and shipped with carrier-provided insurance coverage.
In the rare event of loss or significant transit damage, we will work closely with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement piece of similar quality and value where possible.
