Shipping, Returns & Delivery Policy
This page outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, return guidelines, and damage protection policies to help ensure a clear and confident purchasing experience.
Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders weighing 70 pounds or less within the 48 contiguous United States, whether the shipment includes a single item or multiple items combined.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories require custom shipping quotes due to carrier limitations. Please contact us prior to placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Orders exceeding 70 pounds, or items considered oversized or palletized, require specialized freight handling. Our team will coordinate delivery and provide a custom freight quote to help ensure safe and secure arrival.
• All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
• Oversized or palletized items may require additional time for secure packaging and freight coordination
• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email
• Orders are professionally packaged and shipped with carrier-provided insurance coverage
In the rare event of loss or significant transit damage, we will work closely with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement piece of similar quality and value where possible.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
International orders are not eligible for complimentary shipping and require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us prior to placing your order, and we’ll work to secure the most reliable and competitive shipping option available for your destination.
Please note:
• Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• International shipments that are refused or abandoned cannot be refunded
Returns
Returns must be authorized by contacting info@elementsofearthgallery.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
To be eligible for return:
• Items must be in original condition and original packaging
• Original packing slip must be included
Unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for all returns.
• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Store credit may be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item
• All approved returns are subject to inspection prior to refund or credit issuance
Non-returnable items include:
• Custom orders
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Palletized freight shipments unless damaged in transit
Damaged Items
Every order is packed with exceptional care. If your crystal arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email info@elementsofearthgallery.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging, including inside and outside views
- A brief description of the issue
Please retain all packaging materials while we review and process your claim.
Because each crystal is one of a kind, exact replacements may not always be available. In the rare event of loss or significant transit damage, we will work closely with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement piece of similar quality and value where possible.
Oversized & Palletized Shipments
Oversized pieces may ship via freight carrier on a pallet.
• Freight deliveries require an adult signature
• Delivery timelines typically range from 5 to 12 business days depending on location
• Please inspect your delivery upon arrival
• If visible damage is present, note it with the driver and contact us immediately
White Glove Delivery
For collectors or high-value specimens, white glove in-home delivery may be available in select areas.
Please contact us to discuss availability and schedule a personalized delivery experience.
Refund Timing
Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
